A. Position Purpose
To Manage Facilities for the respective Set of Branches

B. Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Implementation of the central process across all branches in their region
2 To manage day today repair & maintenance activities across and calls generated by the centralised Software

3 Managing all Housekeeping, Maintenance and Pantry related issues in his region
4 Coordination for Stationary and Supplies
5 Coordination with BM & BOM for requirement at the branches
6 Expense Management (Proper monitoring of expense against the allotted Budget)

7 Managing Statutory & Regulatory compliances for the branches in the region
8 Monitoring of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Schedule for Maintenance Contracts


C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduation
Preferred Engineering / Diploma in Electrical
Experience
Essential 4 - 5 years of working in multi-location facility management
Preferred



Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
