To explore and expand the credit cards business from indirect channels.
Ability and willingness to establish business from scratch.
Ability to get new business from indirect channels.
Ability to get new DSA partners for credit cards.
Ability to get the job done and deliver results within timeframes without compromise on quality/ standards/COA
Establish and manage strong business relationship with DSA channels (Indirect channels).
Focus on constantly upgrading sales strategies by generating innovative ideas on processes and to identify new opportunities in the market to increase productivity.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Essential Graduate/Post Graduate with good communication skills
Essential 5-6 Years with Graduate Qualification of related experience in a channels management role preferably from credit cards.
Execution with speed
Ability to get the job done and deliver results within timeframes without compromise on quality/ standards
takes initiative to simplify problems for the team by creating frameworks/ structure/ stakeholder buy in;
Navigates through the system to create efficiency for self and team;
Prioritizes for self and team;
Reviews, monitors and measures performance; follows through with team on projects/ tasks/ actions to ensure closure
