Reporting To VP- Quality Assurance and Special Projects

A. Position Purpose
Preparation, monitoring, analysis and reporting of Corporate Services Budgets
Central Coordination, Data keeping & Internal Auditing
MIS preparation for Corporate Services
Liasioning with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure the financial are within the budgeted amount
Work on with Bills Payable team for smooth functioning of vendor payments


B. Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Preparation of Annual Budgets: Collation of data/plan /extra requirement of spaces from different units and preparation of Annual Budgets accordingly.
2 Monitoring of Budget: Monthly Variance analysis of Budgets and monitoring Budget vs. Actual expenses.
3 Monthly Provisions: preparation and checking of monthly provisions of Corporate services (Facilities, VMU and Real Estate team)
4 Preparation of Negotiation notes: Preparation of Financial workouts for negotiations in products and RE leases.
5 Bill Desk: Monitoring of Bill desk and coordination with finance for vendor payments.
6 Ensuring Compliance to various internal and external requirements
7 Responsible for analysing the data gathered from the department and highlights the discrepancy and ensure the rectification of the same, if any observed
8 Responsible for doing time to time audit for the department
9 Responsible to coordinate and ensure the internal policy and been followed by each department and highlighting the discrepancy if any
10 Ensuring regular & timely MISs as and when required by the Team & Management


C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduate & MBA (Finance) or Masters degree in Finance
Preferred CA / CFA
Experience
Essential 7-8 years
Preferred Has experience in managing budgets for departments
Understanding of Provisions and Accounts payable dept
Good analytical skills
Excellent skills in Excel
Knowledge of Banks Vision


D. Competency Requirements
1 Proficiency in usage of MS office tools
2 Good analytical skills, understanding business
3 Has experience in Accounts Payable department
4 Has experience in preparation of MIS
